This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. I'd recommend using the express check-in. I'm coming back for a xmas.

I tell ya what, that place was real nice! Room was crystal clean, and we slept like babies. Just a hop away from all the action, easy walk to the subway, and folks at the front desk were as kind as could be. Didn’t get the breakfast though—just wasn’t feelin’ it with all them options.

Great location, just a short walk to Place Bellecour and Vieux Lyon. Our room was spacious with a comfy double bed and two singles. The shower was excellent, and breakfast was good value with fresh options. The little balcony was a nice surprise! 🌟

The air conditioning in my room was inefficient during hot days!!! Noise insulation between rooms could use improvement!!! Had issues with elevator capacity at busy times, causing unnecessary delays for guests!!!

great location but some issues

The location in Bellecour square provided easy access to city attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, even providing a French socket adapter. We requested a room with a balcony, and they accommodated us without a fee, which made our stay even sweeter. The view from our balcony was lovely and allowed us to enjoy the cityscape.

However, the breakfast options could use improvement.

The room was small but spotless, and I loved the modern updates like fresh carpeting. However, I wish the pillows were thicker! Overall, a nice stay, I’d come back!

we really enjoyed our stay at la residence. it’s just steps away from a lively pedestrian street and very close to place bellecour. our quadruple room was spacious, with comfy beds and a fantastic shower. the staff was super friendly, making check-in a breeze.
